Congressional hearing on NIH public access policy

The NIH public access policy we discussed in a March 7 post is the topic of a congressional hearing this Thursday. The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property is scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. Sept. 11 in 2141 Rayburn.
